Contribution:
QNX migration of the system monitor (system resources monitoring) in autonomous driving system. Prepared
new architecture in UML which maintains old legacy code on Linux and supports new code for QNX. Prepared
code snippets for the system monitoring replacements: /proc system (for Linux), devctl, /proc system (for
QNX). Unit-tests for the ported parts.
